Returns Policy

 

 

All TASERS sold by Stun Gun Mall are new and tested for functionality prior to leaving the factory.  But as with any electronic device, malfunctions or damages may occationally occur during shipment.  Thus, Stun Gun Mall warrants all TASERS to be fully operational upon receipt, except those models which require activation prior to use (ie:  TASER C2) through TASER® International.  If you receive a non-functional TASER you may return the defective product to us for replacement.  Any and all exchanges submitted to Stun Gun Mall require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number, and must be submitted through our automated return system within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.  After thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, any non-functioning TASERS shall be handled as a warranty return and will be either repaired or replaced at Stun Gun Mall's discretion.  Also, similar to a firearm, a TASER and TASER replacement cartridges are registered to a specific individual via TASER® International's background check and registration process.  But, unlike a firearm there is not a medium in place at this time to transfer that ownership from one individual to another.  Thus, returns for refunds on TASERS and TASER replacement cartridges are not accepted unless the product has been deemed defective within the warranty period.  As such, please do not include the TASER cartridges when returning defective item(s) to our office for repair or replacement.  This warranty excludes reimbursements for shipping charges incurred by the customer.

 

At Stun Gun Mall we hope that every customer's transaction is to their satisfaction, but in the event that you are dissatisfied with your non-TASER purchase (ie:  holsters, clothing, targets, etc.), you may return the item within thirty (30) days for a no questions asked full refund or exchange, minus shipping cost.

 

Note:  All returns must have an approved "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" number associated with the return.  Any item(s) returned to Stun Gun Mall without an approved RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customers own expense.  

 

 

 

Instructions For Filing For A "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number For A Non-Functioning TASER Within Thirty (30) Days Of Product Purchase

 

 

Your TASER cartridges included with your TASER should not be sent with your return.  TASER replacement cartridges are registered through TASER® International in the customers name and are non-transferrable.  Items shipped to Stun Gun Mall without a valid RMA # will be returned to the customer at the customers own expense.  Automatic RMA submissions via Stun Gun Mall's automated filing process are not available after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.  If you are unable to locate the "Registration Of The Return" link from within your orders page, then it may be beyond thrity (30) days from the date of purchase.  If you are not able to find the Registration Of The Return link and believe that you have not exceeded the thirty (30) day time frame, please contact us.

 

Step 1

 

Log into your account using the email address and password originally submitted during customer registration by clicking   HERE.

 

Step 2

 

In the My Account menu click on "Orders" and then click on the order number you would like to file a RMA for.  If your past order(s) do not display, you may search for the order number you would like to return, or if you already know your order number you may enter it into the space provided.  When you have located your order number, click on the order number to pull up that order.

 

Step 3

 

From the Order Info page, click on the "Registration Of The Return" link located directly above the Print Invoice button.  When the Registration Of The Return page opens, select the appropriate reason for the return. 

 

Step 4

 

Next check the box next to the item(s) you would like to return and the quantity you wish to return in the event multiple items were damaged are found to be non-functioning.  Next, using the drop down menu choose the appropriate action requested.  If you have any additional comments, you may enter them into the Comments box regarding your return.  Please keep in mind that a refund is not possible for TASER products and shall be handled as an exchange only.

 

Step 5

 

Click on the "Return" button to finalize your return.  You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number once your return has been authorized as well as shipping instructions.  Please include this RMA # on the exterior of the shipping container.

 

 

 

Instructions For Filing Filing For A "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number For A Non-Functioning TASER After Thirty (30) Days Of Product Purchase.

 

Return request after thirty (30) days of the purchase date are handled as warranty repairs and the defective product will be repaired or replaced at the descretion of Stun Gun Mall. 

 

Step 1

 

Contact our office by clicking  HERE  and explain the nature of your request as well as original order number and item description.  You will be emailed your Return Merchandise Authorization number as well as instructions on returning the defective merchandise.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions For Filing For A "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number For Non-TASER Products Within Thirty (30) Days Of Product Purchase

Step 4

 

Next check the box next to the item(s) you would like to return and the quantity you wish to return in the event multiple items were ordered of the same product.  Next, using the drop down menu choose reason for the return.  If you have any additional comments, you may enter them into the Comments box regarding your return.
